How suite booking works
Users open a meeting invite in Outlook, click the DivisibleRooms task pane, and see available suites for the selected date and time. Select a suite, and the system handles everything else.
What DivisibleRooms handles automatically

Why it's different
Exchange-native, not Exchange-synced
DivisibleRooms writes directly to Exchange. Competitors that don't write natively require a named Exchange Connector or an external sync process. Native writes mean no sync lag, no connector dependency, no additional Exchange configuration.
Works with Microsoft Teams Rooms
Because bookings are written natively to Exchange room mailboxes, Teams Rooms panels on each physical room display suite bookings and transition windows correctly, with no additional configuration. This is a consequence of the architecture, not a separate integration.
Pure Outlook experience
The add-in appears in the Outlook compose window and disappears when not needed. No separate booking portal, no new login, no interface to learn. Individual room booking continues through Outlook as always.
